As the Accelerator Manager I have the pleasure of working with the businesses who engage with us and helping them achieve their goals, something which I find immensely fulfilling. When you help someone see something which was in their blind spot and that helps takes their business to the next level is something which always gives me a buzz. I also manage
a team of excellent businesses support staff and working with
them in a team environment is great fun.
The other thing I really enjoy is engaging with many of the experts we get in to run workshops. These are industry leaders in London who are often at the cutting edge of their profession and therefore they often challenge us with new thinking or ideas.

As Student Enterprise Development Manager I promote and build awareness of Enterprise throughout the University. I work directly with Enterprising Students giving them support to develop their ideas in to sustainable businesses.
In my 3 years at the Accelerator we've built one of the best Student Enterprise programmes in the UK. We've helped our students and graduates to launch 30 new Ventures, been awarded Global Enterpreneurship Week 'Oustanding Impact Award' we were awarded the 'Most Innovative Society' for the University Enterprise Society.
